This recipe will basically strengthen your tendons and knee ligaments. See for yourself how easy it is: Ingredients 250 milliliters of water; 1 cup of oatmeal flour; 40 grams of honey; 2 cups of cubed pineapple; 1 cup of orange juice; ½ tsp of powdered cinnamon; 40 grams of crushed almonds. Instructions Boil the water and add the flour as it’s boiling—stirring it constantly. Next, put the pineapple, honey, almonds, orange juice, and cinnamon in the blender.
